Micheal admitted to being involved when he was apprehended, but there was some issues surrounding Qitsualik that were cleared up in court Wednesday.

Qitsualik's confession was the center of most of the court's time Wednesday, reviewing what his friend, David Windel, said Qitsualik told him.

Windel said that Qitsualik and Micheal tried to rob a cabbie, but it didn't go well.

It was decided that Qitsualik was aware of his confession and was not forced by RCMP to speak, and he was well aware that he did not have to speak.

Some of the charges the pair face include stealing using an offensive weapon and stealing using personal violence.
