Canada's Ross, Benfeito on to U.S. Grand Prix diving semis

Regina's Reuben Ross and Montreal's Meaghan Benfeito are headed to the finals on men's three-metre and women's tower respectively following Friday's semifinals at the U.S. Grand Prix diving competition.
