Madrid, Tokyo, Istanbul finalists to host 2020 Summer Olympics

The IOC has eliminated Doha and Baku from the list of candidates to host the 2020 Olympics. Tokyo, Madrid and Istanbul made the cut as the IOC executive board trimmed the five-city field to a shortlist of three finalists.
