Obama seeks tax cuts for families earning less than $250K

U.S. President Barack Obama is asking Congress to extend tax cuts for families earning less than $250,000 a year while allowing taxes to rise for households making more. His rival, Republican Mitt Romney, wants to extend the tax cuts for all income earners.
